Our menu is influenced by seasons, using locally produced ingredients which are fused with approachable culinary techniques that define today's modern American cuisine. At *17 we invite guests to share and "play" with food by offering stylish presentations of classics such as Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Mango Glace Pork Tenderloin with a Smokey Whiskey Sauce and Confit Kalamta Short Ribs which are slow roasted for 18 hours and served with Smoked Mashed Potatoes.
