Proud to be a local product consumer, Medano Beach Club incorporates milks, cheeses, seasonal vegetables, seafood and artisanal sausages from the Los Cabos region in an effort to support the local economy as well as provide exceptional food to its patrons. Throughout the selection and preparation process, these products must meet the chef ’s expectations in order to be presented at the table, where, above all, they must satisfy the palate of the most discerning guest.

While standing on the beach one day, I noticed a very angry man passing by and seeing he was so annoyed, I invited him to have dinner in our restaurant. Kicking the proverbial sand, he informed me that his intention was to dine at his favorite place but the loss of his reservation made him very upset. Again, I attempted to pursuade him with an ocean view and beautiful atmosphere. Finally, he agreed provided I prepare exactly what he requested. He ordered several simple, traditional dishes not on our menú and I happily agreed. As he left that evening, his disappointment was replaced with a full belly and satisfied smile. He is now a regular guest and our restaurant has become his second home.
