After living and working in Milan and London, I moved to Los Cabos where I discovered an enormous community of very talented chefs and successful restaurateurs. I immediately recognized a union forged together by a common interest, the desire to expand our culinary mark in the world. Although the competition in Southern Baja is fierce, just as it is in Europe, our common goal unifies our efforts, cultivates loveable friends, and develops valuable relationships without ceasing to be competitive.
