he natural wonders available to us by both land and sea form the perfect playground for culinary masters like Thomas Keller, Guy Fieri, Mario Batali, Charlie Trotter, Makoto Okamoto, Masayuki Niikura, John Mathies and Jean Georges Vongerrichten; they have graced us with their vision and style leaving an indelible mark on the Los Cabos gourmet society. Gastronomic geniuses from our homeland have also adorned our city with their talents and contributions: Enrique Olvera, Ricardo Muñoz Zurita, Daniel Ovadia, Benito Molina, Patricia Quintana, Paulina Abascal and Mikel Alonso. These inspirations helped shape the cuisine in Los Cabos; for their influences we will always be grateful.
