Mr. & Mrs. Bragg dreamed of opening a hotel on the beach; however, one day, out of the blue, an opportunity to own a restaurant presented itself. Being an enthusiast of good food, Ms. Bragg was intrigued by the notion; so they began to explore the possibilities. In 1989, pursuing a new vision, the couple changed course and purchased Pancho's. Since then, Pancho's Restaurant & Tequila Bar has been a landmark of excellent Mexican food in Los Cabos.
