How do I register?
You may Register for the South Florida Food & Beverage Expo in advance or at the gate during the event. Take advantage of early registration fees and hassle free purchasing by

Can I bring my family to the show?
The South Florida Food & Beverage Expo does not permit anyone under 18 at any time, including infants. Proof of age and involvement in the food service, restaurant or hospitality industries is required.

What is the Expo's cancellation policy?
No refunds will be given for any cancelled or no-show registrations; there are no exceptions to this policy.

How do I make travel arrangements?
Our official SoFlo Expo partner hotels are offering significantly reduced rates for Attendees and Exhibitors of The South Florida Food & Beverage Expo. Go to our accommodations tab, click on the hotel link of your choice to reserve your hotel rooms now.​ Special room rates are for a limited time only and on a first come first serve basis.

When will I receive my attendee badge?
Badges must be picked up on-site at the Show. Express Registration assistants will be on hand to verify your credentials. Please bring your confirmation email with barcode to any Express Registration Counter, along with valid industry identification to receive your badge. Badges must be worn at all times.

Where is Event Parking?
Parking onsite at the Palm Beach County Convention Center is available for $5 per car per entry and $10for over sized vehicles.

Is there hotel Shuttle Bus Service?
Complimentary shuttle service to and from the official South Florida Food & Beverage Expo hotels is available each day of the Expo. Please check back soon for route information and hours of operation.
